Call to Teachers and Educators!
The Artists Teaching Art (ATA) Executive Director will collaborate with the Classroom Teachers and Artist Teachers to create a custom designed, curriculum based art activity for the students. There will be a total of 5 hours of classroom time with the professional artist per session. The ATA Director and Artist will monitor pre and post evaluations with the teachers, students and artists. ATA will provide the funding for the professional artist and art supplies.

Sausalito Art Festival Foundation / Artists Teaching Art, a nonprofit 501c3, is looking for professional artists to teach along-side classroom teachers in public and private K-12 schools throughout Marin County. All visual arts disciplines needed. Experience with teaching children and proof of background check required. Job Description: Artist will be paid an honorarium for fifteen hours per class session which includes: classroom hours and class preparation time, two planning sessions with school teachers or administrators, two evaluation sessions and participation in community / ATA program for the students, school, parents and community.
